I am a woman of 15 years, and everything we eat is junk food. Usually feels sick and my stomach hurts. I live in a small shop, what to buy healthy things or do?

I suggest putting more fresh foods in your diet! Think fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein, etc. in the supermarkets, is the common advice to the outer circumference of the store to stay - is inside you'll find more of the corridors is packaged processed junk food.

I want to put a little fresh fruit yogurt. Even if you're not a big fan of eating fruit, which makes it creamier and more filling. Moreover, as young women, we need to ensure plenty of calcium, then of course get to the yogurt because it's good! Is this some kind of effort to buy fresh fruit, because they are always bad before you eat, you go ahead and buy frozen, avoided only in sweet sauces. Frozen fruit smoothies are great too.

Eat plenty of vegetables, carrots, celery, and so on. Every day when you can - up and down stairs, or even better, jogging and fitness excersize Studio!

Drink lots of water! Eat slowly and sit down. This helps in digestion. Avoid fatty / oily foods and more protein-stick.
