Fishing Boat Registration Boat Registration Problem?

Boat registration problem? - fishing boat registration

So I have a small boat 14 'fishing purchased for a kind of Wisconsin, I live in Illinois. The boat has no title, because in Wisconsin, you do not need them for boats under 16 '. And I have the registration card as soon as possible to prove that children boat is currently registered, and now I can Ahold him and the lady told me that I spoke of the need for the card or proof of Wisconsin has been registered by him. Is there another way around this? Can I say that the boat is not registered in person and ask again for the registration? Or they learn it is registered and does not approve then?

This can be a real problem. What I have done that work is, is that the last owner takes a sales letter, that the ship is not registered, it does not comply with the registration requirements of Wisconsin.

Often, the new state is recognized, but without guarantee.
